Thurrock Mayor Charlie Curtis launched the start of sales of our new Bike recycling Scheme on Friday 29th September, David Lawrence TRUP Manager said its was great that the Mayor found time to come down and launch this for us. I am very pleased that at long last we have got this new scheme up and running.

It is estimated that there are 13 million bikes sitting in sheds and garages, 2G Ride Recycle is  asking everyone to bring unwanted bikes down to us at our base in East Tilbury, please check yours and see if you have an unwanted one.We think its such a great shame that reusable bikes are sent to the local tip, when people from the community could get a lot of enjoyment from them.
