To assist customers on low income we provide a discount called Club Price we offer this on most items of Furniture. Due to the amount of work and cost involved in refurbishing, function and safety testing, we do not apply the Club Price on electrical items.

At the time of your first purchase you must bring proof of your eligibility to Club Price before we can apply a discount. This could either be a letter or bank statement or signing on book or council tax statement with the name and address where the items are going to be delivered. You will need to show us proof every 6 months.

We are sorry but no proof no Club Price. These are the benefits we recognise for Club Price discounts.

No we offer a free service to collect your unwanted furniture and appliances, we do welcome any donations towards our costs.

To enable us to carry on as a charity we need to earn an income to pay for our overheads like rent for the building, staff wages, insurance and heating and lighting, as well as paying for the expenses of our volunteers.

We give paint away to any community or voluntary group doing work that will benefit the community as a whole, if you need paint for your own home than we charge £1 per litre.

All requests for the donation of furniture or appliances free of charge must be made in writing to the Trustees, who will make a decision on if this is possible, this decision can take up to 6 weeks depending on when a request is made.
